Over the past few weeks, I’ve been focusing on meditation. I’ve tried it in the past but after a couple days, I usually stopped because my mind would wander too much. I know this is pretty normal, but I didn’t have the patience.
After a sudden burst of motivation from one of my yoga instructors, I decided to commit once again. This time, I started by using my VR headset and a couple 360 videos I recently created.
I know this goes against most traditional meditation, but these videos really helped me slow the mind down. The first one is a six minute video of waves crashing on the shore in Malibu. I put on the VR headset, turn on the video and relax. The quality is decent, but I’m really excited for a couple new 360 cameras to come out this year. When that happens, these 360 experiences will be unbelievable. If you don’t have a VR headset you can pick one up for pretty cheap now.
